RENTAL EQUIPMENT - SAMPLE CONTRACT 

Korpan Tractor enters into a Rental Contract with each rental customer, outlining the responsibilities of both Korpan Tractor, and of the rental customer.  This rental contract is based on the Canadian Association of Equipment Distributors (CAED) basic rental agreement.  A PDF copy of our standard RENTAL CONTRACT can be found below.
